Location

Gold Coast is a residential gated community in the prestigious Malmok area within walking distance of an 18-hole golf course. It has a brand new club house, which includes a Gym, Tennis Courts, swimming Pool and a restaurant (White Modern Cuisine). There are 3 swimming pools in total on the park.

The condo is located within a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches Malmok and Arashi, nightlife and many restaurants.

The Condo

The Condo is on the second floor. You need to take the stairs up.

Through the front door you are welcomed into the modern living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and luxurious.

In the living room are two comfortable sofa's and flatscreen TV with cable. In the Living room is also Air conditioning.

The bedrooms are on the same level. The master bedroom with gueen size bed has an ensuite bathroom and closet space. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a separate private bathroom. Both bedrooms have airconditioning.

The condo is suitable for 4 persons. 

Downstairs is a private patio and is nicely decorated with someplants, dining area and umbrella for shade. Excellent for a BBQ enjoying the Aruban sun with a nice cold beer. A charcoal BBQ is provided 

In the shed are beach toys and beach chairs for you to take to the beach. A cooler is also provided for a cold drink at the beach. 

This condo is fully furnished and has a parking space in front of the house.

High season from December 15 till January 15 rental rate is: USD 199.00 p/n

Mid season from January 16 till March 31 rental rate is: USD 180.00 p/n
