Check-In and Check-Out Procedures

Our check in and check out times are flexible. However if we have guests leaving and arriving on the same day, check in is at 4PM and check out is at 10AM.

Check In

Before check in make sure we have your flight details. We will personally welcome you at the property and like to track your flight to know when you have arrived to make sure to be in time to welcome you. Please do go to your accommodation immediately after getting you rental car or taking a taxi. If you are planning on getting groceries first, or go for a swim or any other activities, please do let us know, since we are waiting for you.

If you do arrive early on the day of arrival and we informed you we have guests leaving on the same day, you can always contact us after arrival if the unit is ready. But if not, you can first get some groceries at Superfood or Ling & Sons. You can also drop of your luggage, if you like to go for a swim at the beach.

When you arrive at your accommodation we will show you the property and do a walk through to explain you the use of appliances. We can also advise on tours and activities, places of interest to visit and where to find some nice restaurants.. We will give you map of the Island to get around. And if you have any questions or need help booking a tour or excursion, we are there to help.

Check out

Check out time is in general at or before 10AM. But if we have no guest arriving on the day you are checking out you can have a later check out. We will inform you accordingly if this is possible. If needed you can leave your luggage in the backyard/patio

Please let us know two days before departure at what time you like to check out. We will be there 5 minutes before the confirmed check out time to check the condo and say goodbye.

Please consider to following:

  • Remove all your items from all rooms, closets, drawers and safe. Look behind furniture to make sure you get it all. Please make sure you do not accidentally take any towels home.
  • Wash your own dishes and plates, clean up food particles and throw away your own trash outside. This avoids insects coming in the home.
  • Clean the complimentary grill if you used it. It must be as clean as you found it or the grease and food will harden and it takes a long time to clean.
  • Carefully replace fixtures and furnishings that you moved from their original places . Cleaners can injure themselves moving furniture and this takes more time.
  • Please shut off the oven/stove/microwave, washer/dryer, all lights, all electrical appliances, air conditioners. And make sure all windows are closed.
  • Remove phone, tablet, laptop, camera, etc. chargers and plug-ins from the electrical outlets.
  • You do not have to strip beds or wash linens or towels. This is for housekeeping and they have their own system. Please leave dirty towels on the bathroom floor.
  • Leave unwanted food and beverages in the refrigerator for our cleaners to go through it.  They truly appreciate the offers.  Food in Aruba is expensive.
  • Other than used linens and towels and house cleaning and wear and tear, leave the house as you found it and comply with the above mentioned.

​​Unfortunately, we have to charge for lease violations, for issues that were not notified when it happened and personal cleaning.
