Location
This beautiful villa is located on a main road in the North region. It is very close to Superfood, one of the best supermarkets on the Island. Eagle beach, according to TripAdvisor the 4th best beach in the world, is only a 5 minute drive. And if you want to spend some time at The High Rise Area with lot’s of restaurants, night life, entertainment and shopping that is also a 5 minute drive.
The House + Apartment
The villa, which is fully equipped, has all the comforts you need. No doubt you will have a carefree and relaxing Holiday!
The villa is equipped for a stay of 12 people. The main house has 4 bedrooms and there is a adjacent apartment with a King size bed and loft with Queen size bed and private bathroom.
The entire villa and apartment is of course equipped with air conditioning and WiFi.
The cozy living room has a comfortable seating area and cable TV, with a wide variety of American Channels, as well as some Dutch channels and of course the local TV channels.
Inside is also a big dining table with 10 chairs.
The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with a double door refrigerator and dispenser. A microwave, gas stove, gas oven, coffee maker and dishwasher are also the comforts of this kitchen. There is sufficient cutlery, plates, kitchen towels, pots and pans, etc. available.
Through the double doors you will get to the covered porch with dining table and lounge area and view of the pool.
The pool will be cleaned twice a week.
The villa has 4 fully furnished bedrooms with air conditioning. Bed linen is provided. All bedrooms have closets to store your belongings. And for the little ones there is a pack n play and high chair
All bedroom have private bathrooms. Bath towels are provided in the bathrooms and there is plenty of space to store your toiletries.
A washing machine and dryer are also there for your comfort.
There is a private driveway where you can park you car.
You can rent the main house for 8 persons, separately from the studio for the basic rate. If you want to stay with more then 8 and include the apartment an extra surcharge of USD 50 per night will be added to the total.

Additional Fees/Taxes
- Service charge: $200,-
- Aruba Tourist Tax (12.5% of the booking amount) + Aruba Environmental Tax ($3.00 per night). These additional charges are payable with host at arrival.
