It is located in the upscale, quiet and secure 5-star Gold Coast gated community which has 3 Community Pools, Gym and 2 Tennis Courts free to use. One of the Community Pools is only 100 Feet from the Townhouse and also has a baby/kids pool. Within Gold Coast is also a restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
Gold Coast is only a few minutes drive from the white sandy beaches, Arashi, Boca Catalina and Malmok with crystal clear waters and great snorkel spots. The Palm Beach district, with many restaurants, casinos and shops, is only a 5 minute drive. A 19 hole Golf Course is within Walking Distance. Downtown Oranjestad is a 10 minute drive and the airport only a 20 minute drive.
The Townhouse
This luxury 2 bedroom Townhome sleeps up to five people, with two bedrooms on the second floor and a twin sleeper sofa on the First Floor. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds, but can also put together to make it a King Bed. All beds have high quality mattresses and pillows. All bed linens, bath and hand towels are provided. Each bedroom has an En suite Full bathroom and there is also a Full bathroom on the First Floor.
The Kitchen is Fully equipped, including blender, toaster, coffee maker, perfect is you like cooking and has a Gas Grill BBQ on the Patio. It has High quality counter tops with bar stools, refrigerator with built-in water dispenser and ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove-top and oven.
The whole unit is professionally decorated with high quality Furniture. The Sofa in the Living Room can be operated electronically for a comfortable position. There is high-speed wireless internet access, cable and 3 large flat screen TV’s (Living room and both Bedrooms). The whole house has air conditioning and ceiling Fans.
The Private Patio is nicely decorated with comfortable chairs to dine outside or have drinks and enjoy the nice cool breezes.
For your valuables there is a Safety Deposit Box. For the Beach we provide Beach Chairs, a cooler and beach Towels. And for your comfort there is a Washer and Dryer, Iron and Board and a Hairdryer. We recommend to rent a car which you can park in front of the house for free in a private driveway.
