Location
The condo is located in the gated community Gold Coast. This is a quiet, beautiful, child friendly neighborhood with 24/7 security. Gold Coast is right across a 18 holes golf course and a couple of minutes from the beach! It has a brand new club house, which includes a Gym, Tennis Courts, swimming Pool and a restaurant (White Modern Cuisine). There are 3 swimming pools in total in the community.
We do recommend to rent a car. If you need assistance renting a car please contact us. If necessary we can pick you up from the airport.
There is a parking lot in front of the house.
The Condo
The condo is on the 2nd floor. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with King size bed, Flat screen TV’s and air conditioning. The Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, safe and sliding door to the balcony.
The condo is modernly decorated and all furniture and appliances are brand new. In the living room are two comfortable sofa’s and flat screen TV with cable. In the Living room is also Air conditioning.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, coffeemaker, blender, pots and pans and lots more…..
We provide a starter kit with garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, salt/peper, paper towels.
For the beach we provide beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. And of course there is WiFi
The condo is suitable for 4 guests. Bath towels and linens are included.
Downstairs is a private patio with a dining area and umbrella for shade and a Gas Grill.

Additional Fees/Taxes
- Service Charge USD 100
- Aruba Tourist Tax: 12.5% of the booking amount. Aruba Environmental Tax: $3.00 per night.
