Gold Coast is a secure and fully gated community in the north of Aruba within walking distance of an 18-hole golf course! The house is located in a quiet and child friendly neighborhood and is within a few minutes drive from the beautiful beaches, nightlife and many restaurants.
The House
Through the front door you are welcomed into the cozy living room and bar/kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and luxurious.
The living room has a queen size sofa bed which offers a comfy sleep for 2 persons.
This spacious townhouse is fully furnished and has a parking space in front of the house.
The bedrooms are on the second floor. The master bedroom has a large ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds with a separate private bathroom. Both bedrooms have airconditioning.
Through the sliding doors you’ll find yourself on the private patio. This area is nicely decorated with plants and a pergola for shade. Excellent for dining and enjoy the Aruban heat with a nice cool beer on the comfortable sofa chairs. There is a BBQ to optimize your family dinner.
